Dreamers newsletter 19th February 2026

Posted By dreamersfolk on Feb 20, 2026

Welcome to this week’s Newsletter which will, I’m afraid, be brief (following last week’s absence) as we are only just back from a week up country. When the clouds opened into a huge downpour at Truro Station, we knew we were back in Cornwall!

I hear last week’s guests, The Bray Family, gave all those who were there a great evening which is good to hear. Some singers nights to come now before our next guest on 15th March, our good friends Lynn Florkiewicz and No Riff Raff. More of that nearer the time.

The next Cornish Zoom Folk Club is on Saturday week, 28th February.

A highlight on Live to Your Living Room this Sunday 22nd February (8.00) is one of the early guests at Dreamers, Bob Fox, one of the UK’s most iconic folk voices with half a century of experience performing, touring, and songwriting. As all who have heard him know well, Bob is a master of his craft, one of the best at performing songs of love, joy, work, and humour, weaving the rich experiences of his life into the narrative. Tickets and more info at Buy tickets – Bob Fox – Zoom And you don’t need to miss Dreamers – if you buy a ticket, they’ll send you a link and you can watch for 72 hours afterwards.

Various other events on that site (main address Buy tickets – Live to your Living Room) but, notably, Nancy Kerr and James Fagan next Friday 27th February, more about that next week.

That’s all I’ve got time for this week, hope everyone is well and look forward to seeing you at the Club on Sunday.

All the best

Nigel
