With self-penned songs a plenty and covers of his favourite artistes, Steve Winchester breezes into Dreamers Folk at the Victoria Inn, Four Lanes this Sunday 10th March from 7.30, like a breath of Springtime air.
We first met Steve & his music at The Cornwall Folk Festival a couple of years ago, when he played his part in what became known as “Glassonbury” , a celebration of the songs of Harry Glasson. With strong vocals backed with subtle guitar playing Steve plays a number of Harry’s songs about Cornwall and has now written a few of his own to portray his love of Cornwall where he has made his home. His song “The Solomon Browne” being a particularly poignant reminder of the debt we owe to the brave men of the RNLI as, this year 2024, we celebrate the 200 year anniversary of the Royal National Lifeboat Institiution.
Tell all your friends & neighbours and come along to the Victoria Inn this Sunday for a night of magical music, see you there!
