At long last Dreamers met in person last night after two long years of “zooming”.
Sunday 6th February 2022 was the date, the Victoria Inn was the new venue and though we had expected a low turnout because of the ongoing pandemic, 23 lovers of folk & roots music supported the decision to restart the club and came out to enjoy some lively patter and song ably orchestrated by our equally able MC, Alistair. Two new friends made their Dreamers debut, Jenny & Christine aka ” Air y Fairies” a lovely accapella duo from Penzance, all in all a great start to our new life in Four Lanes.

Thanks for a fab evening at Dreamers last night, and for all your hard work leading up to it.
Ken and I loved the venue. A great choice. The room is very spacious, and allows for social distancing and ventilation. The staff are very friendly too.
It was great to be in Cornwall for the reopening, and good to see so many familiar faces in person, plus a few new ones.
After almost two years on watch parties and zoom, it was brilliant to get back to a bit of normality.
